• Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed by 12:00 pm (GMT-05:00 EST New York) will be processed the same day
• Processing Time: Order processing time is 2-3 business days
• Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 5-9 working days
• Shipping cost is $5 for all orders

Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team and add your order number. We will cancel your order.

Delays and Damage
If the maximum processing (max 3 days) and dispatch time (max 9 days) has already passed and your order has not yet arrived, you do not need to worry yet. Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery. Should your package still be missing after this time, please contact us with your order number so that we can investigate the matter further. We are here to help you.

We currently only ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States & APO/FPO/DPOs. Drink orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Apparel items are print-on-demand and typically take 2-3 business days to create and ship via USPS First Class Service. Drink orders and apparel orders will ship separately. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping on orders placed during sales promotions and major US holidays. Orders incur a flat rate $5 Shipping Fee.
