1. How long do I have to return the package after I receive it?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to start the return process.

2. How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your return.

3. Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes, the restocking fee is $15.

4. How can I return the goods?

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

• Contact us by email at customerservice@killcliff.com and inform us of your wish to return or exchange the item.
• Complete the returns form and clearly state which item you wish to return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
• Choose the carrier of your choice and send the item back to us within 30 days of receipt.
• Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days and notify you of the status via email.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service and send a photo of the claim to customerservice@killcliff.com. We will work with you promptly to find a solution.

6. Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. What is the order completion time, processing time and delivery time for shipping?

The cut-off time for orders is 12:00 PM. Orders placed before this time will be processed the same day. Our processing time is 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday). Delivery time is usually 5-9 business days (Monday through Friday) depending on your location.
